Description
Strong knowledge and effective application of Physic-Chemistry principles and laws, unit operations; codes, practices, national and international technical standards. Ability to perform executing and management grassroots or revamp (upgrades, expansions, remodeling, retrofitting and modernization) engineering projects for chemicals, petrochemical, refining, water treatment, GLP, O&G and energy facilities, with scopes of work ranging from feasibility studies to EPC, commissioning and start up. Good application of simulation, calculation and administration software tools: Aspen-Hysys 8.6, HTRI, Pipeflow, instrucalc, CHEMCAD, SAP, Microsoft Office, Primavera and MS Project. Very skilled and good experience in the development and updating of PFD and PID drawings, heat and material balances, hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing and specifications, control and operating system philosophies, technical reports, documents and manuals. Cost/Benefit analysis and debottlenecking of existing facilities. Good performance in control of budget and schedule of contractors and vendors. PSM leader, conducting workshops HAZOP and safety checks. Generate and deliver offers, bids and cost estimation. Optimizing, improved, develop and implementation of operations with reduction of costs: increased efficiency, reduced losses and deviations, increased flexibility.
