Senior assistant Manager 12 years work experience as process engineer in production/manufacturing/operation department

• Exercising full administrative control/management over the production department & updating the Area Manager about matters related to the plant operations & administration. • Making sure of the safe, efficient and environmentally friendly operation of equipment and testing products at various stages of production to check the quality. • Responsible for the manufacturing & ensuring maintenance of the optimum operating conditions as per work instructions to obtain the specified quality & quantity through safe & smooth operation by Fulfilling ISO 9000 Standards requirements. • Regularly taking round of the assigned working area, noting down any non-conformity & getting this rectified by the concerned services departments. • Scheduling and planning production activities and preparing estimate of production costs and production progress reports for management. • Responsible to perform material balance/Audit for the assigned unit monthly/yearly basis.
