I have successfully operated a solo law practice for nearly a decade. In that time I have helped healthcare management companies structure professional relationships with medical providers, litigated and negotiated several "corporate divorces" of stakeholders in various technology companies and litigated cases to completion in both state and federal courts. In one instance I negotiated and prepared contracts for a multi-million dollar equity infusion of a highly-regulated, financially distressed healthcare company.
