SUMMARY: * Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer and Project Manager . * BSEE + PE + 25 years of professional MEP consulting experience in Mission Critical, Data Center, Biotech, High Rise, Commercial, heavy industrial, Health Care, Education, Water and Waste water, Hospitality. Public/Civil and Design/Build sector. * 15 years of electrical power project and design engineering. * 8 years of project Management experience. Largest electrical project handled up to $140 million. Handled complete project cycle including budget justification, conceptual and detailed design, vendor selection, supervision of engineering companies, Construction Administration and startup. * Handled all aspects of power engineering, including Low, and Medium voltage power distribution Standby and Emergency power, short circuit calculation, Peak load shaving, substation systems, single line diagrams, electrical equipment selection and load balancing. * 6 years of Mission Critical Data Center. * 4 years of pharmaceutical /clean room design experience at Genentech in South San Francisco and several projects at Rosendin Electric. * Interfaced extensively with I/C and PLC automation systems. * Good team leader, listener and excellent team player.
