My goals are to establish myself within an organization that will provide organizational stability and the ability to challenge me professionally. I have the ability to implement and execute the needs that will support the organizational vision. My broad based background within HR and bi-lingual skills allow me to partner with all levels of the organization. I want to develop and help set the HR vision in support of organizational goals. I believe the HR function should be proactive in working with all areas of the organization. Specialties: I consider myself to be a proactive HR professional that values all employees at all levels.
