Description
Objective: To utilize my health and human service skills to obtain a position that will improve the health and environment of others. I desire to provide medical management assistance to providers and members to improve overall health to the community as a whole. I have experience in instructing individuals concerning their health, and behaviors and preventive measures that will improve their quality of life, as well as their quantity of years lived. I have strong interpersonal skills, very professional and I have “the customer comes first mentality”. I have great resolve in conflict management. I am also a great team player and can work independently as well. I have a strong attention to detail and have over 25 years in the customer service field and call center environment
