As a HR leader for 15 plus years, I have learned to balance the restrictive nature of rules, regulations, policies and procedures with that of a transparent, collaborative, life expressing culture. My strength in appreciative inquiry, organizational development and strategic management of HR in an entrepreneurial organization, has provided me the KSA’s to work creatively within the bounds of legal requirements. I’m driven by organizational involvement, where I thrive on multiple responsibilities and diversification, both keeping me engaged and challenged. Due to the critical role human capital plays in an organization’s wealth, success and competitiveness today, I manage HR operations to optimize “people performance”, adding significant value and a real contribution to an organization, strengthening the employment brand. I want to share my management style, and more importantly, lead team members and projects fostering the culture of inclusion.
