Description
ohn Galarde is a builder/developer with more than 20 years experience in real estate development, residential construction, sales and marketing. While selling on site homes early in his career, John developed a passion for real estate service and properties. He holds a NC Real Estate Broker’s License as well as a NC General Contractor License and has served on several county land use committees including land planning boards and subdivision technical review boards. His accomplishments also include various awards from the Parade of Homes, Street of Dreams and Stewardship Awards for Responsible Land Development. He is a past president of the Wilmington Cape Fear Rotary Club and a recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship Award for his contributions to the community. John values professionalism, integrity and agrees with Napolean Hill when he said, “Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.”
