My goal is work as a member of a team to build a smooth workable organizational structure. The organization of any department supported by the executive board plays an important part in how effectively we as Team Members can execute our responsibilities and how well we interact with systems and the community as a whole. Of equal importance is the quality of interpersonal relationships that exist within our the structure. The effectiveness of any program depends upon the manner in which we as Team Members utilize the human resources within our organization. I have had extensive experience in all aspects of this process. I have taught at the elementary, secondary and college levels. I have served as a Special Education Programmer, responsible for chairing team meetings; Director of Special Education for twenty- five years; spent four years as a Secondary Supervisor of Special Education; served as an Assistant Director and Director of Special Education; Adjunct Instructor -Westfield State College and Bay Path University; an Adjunct Instructor/ Program Developer- Springfield College.
