Engineering Manager
I am looking for a position where I could conceive, plan, and conduct complex research in engineering and chemistry. I could manage Research and Development Engineers and Technicians and serve as Chief Expert in areas of Materials Science, Chemistry, and Laboratory Testing. I could develop, improve, and customize products, formulas, processes, equipment, and analytical methods. I could also set up and run a Materials Science and Chemistry Lab. I could develop appropriate technologies relating to materials and chemistry and assist in the due diligence of new products and core technology acquisitions. In addition, I could direct departmental staff as well as interview, hire, train, conduct performance evaluations, and other related duties.
