Collateral services manager with over 25 years experience
I am seeking a position as a collateral manager or review specialist with a reputable firm. I have nearly 30 years of experience in the appraisal industry and over 25 years of experience managing and training appraisers & reviewers. My extensive skills include complex reviews of multi-million dollar properties, horse farms, ocean front homes, declining/appreciating markets, multi-family dwellings, BPO reconciliations, REO, foreclosure and many other varieties. My experience includes officer positions with several Fortune 500 companies and with these firms I have managed review and appraisal staffs in nearly every state in the Union and locally in Seattle, Miami, Columbus, and Cincinnati. I am willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
