Provide service delivery oversight and senior-management focus for all Data Center Hosting capabilities including resourcing, supervising, mentoring and coaching leaders and employees. Coordinate workforce plans for on-shore and off-shore resources, and provide account-client interface as primary liaison at both technical and business levels supporting goals and objectives
