Accomplishments Project Management: * Managed budgets that exceeded $25 million for major projects. * Able to work across the aisles and accomplish strong working relationships with stakeholders. * Coordination of RFI's, RFP's, negotiations and contract executions to support new products and services. * Liaison for facility contractors, architects and vendors to support brand standards and specifications for new build outs, and renovations and maintenance upkeep. * Re-engineering of new brand 'look and feel' of products and services for customer premium lounges and products. * Managed the brand standards, FFE, MEP, furniture specifications, staffing, governmental licensing, vendor services, and F&B menu development for five new airport lounges simultaneously in 2014. Managed the food and beverage operational build-out specifications. * Managed communications plans for the new projects across the network. * Managed governmental food and beverage liquor licenses, health certificates and vendor contracts. * Managed a team of 14 Centurion Dedicated Travel Counselors who manage portfolios of clients that utilize them for worldwide travel journeys. Vendor Quality Control: * Managed Service Partners to ensure adherence to the specifications and expectations defined in their Service Level Agreement (SLA). * Conducted monthly audits that resulted in improved relationships and adoption of best practices. * Managed quality assurance requirements and standards for F&B, Janitorial and Staffing. * Implemented travel policies, programs and procedures.
