As a Registered Nurse of over 20 years, I have contributed to the growth of both inpatient and outpatient settings. I am currently seeking a change in my career that will allow me to expand my knowledge and my skills within the medical profession; as well as promote the health and well-being of those I serve. It would be an honor, if given the opportunity to give back to those who have risk their lives in battle and war over the years and provide them with efficient and effective care that will lead to better patient outcome. You will find that I have successfully managed in the outpatient setting as well as the inpatient setting. I am a strong leader who believes in leading by example. Excellent patient care and full patient satisfaction is of great importance to me. I realize that customer service does not relate to just the patient population but those we work with as well. For this reason, I encourage well thought communication and a team effort at all times. I am able to troubleshoot problems and promote productivity at all times.
