Director, nationwide

I am a senior healthcare executive with extensive experience leading managed care contract negotiations and operations in Medicaid, Medicare and commercial markets. I have most recently held the position of Director, Provider Reimbursement for Presbyterian Health Plan located in Albuquerque, New Mexico in which I managed a staff of eleven Network Development professionals in negotiating contracts for all provider types and all lines of business. Prior to this position, I held senior network development and contract management roles with Wellcare, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Wellpoint and Anthem. My expertise is negotiating contracts that comply with operational guidelines for payment and billing, ensure ease of administration and meet or exceed reimbursement targets. I have Masters and Bachelors degrees in Business Administration with an emphasis in the area of management. I am interested in exploring opportunities where I can play a similar role developing strategic partnerships with physicians, hospitals and payers or managing reimbursements and network development and provider operations for a managed care organization or a healthcare delivery organization.
