Worked in Manager, Member Relations: Oversee Member Relations Department. Handle AAA member concerns, questions and problems as they relate to the Automotive and Teleservice/ERS Call Center departments at AAA Ohio Auto Club. Personally resolved over 1400 Member Service Reports (complaints) for calendar year 2014 while assisting in approximately 1000 more. Provided leadership for adjustment department, assisted Teleservice Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisors, Dispatchers and Call Receivers in resolving service issues. Manager Field Operations/Member Relations: Oversee emergency road service subcontractors and employees to ensure they are safe, efficient, and cost effective. Ensure AAA services are provided in accordance to AAA National Standards. Handle and resolve all member/club, subcontractor/member concerns. Audit subcontractor service calls and contractor payroll. Assist in managing a garage payroll department with a multimillion dollar annual budget. Directly oversee and evaluate Field Operations and Member (customer) Relation's staff. Perform new start-up subcontractors operations.
