Looking for some suitable Regular/Part Time/ Consultant / training work in the field of COST ESTIMATING / COST CONTROL / PROJECT CONTROLS. I am a project controls / estimating professional with over 30 years of diversified experience -in the electrical energy generation/transmission & distribution ,chemical/petrochemical /mineral plants / wastewater treatment plant, HVAC and process plants . I worked on hundreds of construction projects and finally retired in June,2005. I re-entered in the work force in Dec,2007 and worked in Consolidated Edison of New York ,an elect utility in their Estimating department till 3/31/2011. My contract expires. I am again looking some Consultant / Estimating or Cost control work in the construction industry where my years of expertise in creating / developing estimating/cost control section and developing estimating/ cost control procedures , labor rates and labor man hours , labor productivity analysis , templates for replacement of electrical substation equipment ,steam generation plant equipment and underground 138kv / 345kv transmission system.
