Demonstrated competence to determine and communicate alternatives to meet client and business needs. Adept at business development, capture, pricing, and proposal processes through years of experience. Past and current deep involvement in all phases of market development and client program start-up including capture management, proposal leadership, management/technical approach, price-to-win, black-hat activities, program transition, and program management. DoD consulting experience with Assyst, Arrowpoint Corporation and SAIC.
