My career objective is to lead stake-holers in a direction that will help students excel, meet the needs of, and be equipped to, the handle the challenges of our increasingly diverse society within our 21st century and beyond. I believe in collaborative learning communities based on an equity framework. When you couple equity with high expectations for all, relevance, rigor, and relationship in all aspects of the school; then you have a framework that I believe is necessary for building a learning community.
