Senior Preventive Primary health Care/Secondary Preventive Community Health Officer-6 years experince

I am a Preventive Health Officer who is greatly trained to prevent the Endemic and Epidemic diseases of the community such as Tuberculosis, Leprosy, Influenza, HBV, Tetanus, Poliomyelitis, Diphtheria, HIVS AIDS, Yellow Fever, Measles, Mumps, through immunization of their related vaccines. Prevention of Environmental Health Problems such as Parasitology, gastroenteritis etc by Health Education of the community members on importance of hand washing observing of personal hygiene and keeping their environment clean. Also, I teach my community members what is proper nutrition and how they will avoid being obsessed by taking balanced food at right time with right proportion. Moreover, I make sure that my community members are checking their vital signs at least ones monthly to rule out any health problem. Further, I organized Ante-Natal Clinics regularly to make sure that every pregnant mother is in health fitness through out the nine mouths course of pregnancy until safe delivery takes place. All these things I mentioned above are just few things we do in Primary Prevention. While in secondary prevention we diagnose and early discovery of any health we treat at ones or refer if it a referable case to prevent complication and impairments. I just mentioned few things. I also supervise all the clinics In my County to make sure that health care deliveries are safe and everyone is working according to lay down procedures ; so that every community member is receiving optimum care.
