From my resume you will notice my current experience is as an addiction counselor for the last few years, however I have experience in many fields. I was a commercial real estate appraiser apprentice and an insurance adjuster for over 15 years (both inside claims adjuster & resident adjuster). I had my own successful insurance brokerage where I trained, and guided new employees in insurance sales. In years past I was a warehouse worker for miscellaneous companies involving a variety of products. One company was a book company where I inventoried, and packed product for distribution in California stores. I packed product on pallets, used the fork lift to load the trucks, delivered them, and put them on display at the stores. I worked in machine shops, restaurants, factories, offices, on a long-range fishing boat, and I have experience as a proof reader. I am extremely organized, a worker, as well as a leader. I am a self-starter, and self motivated. I welcome constructive criticism, so I can learn from my mistakes. I work well on an individual, as well as on a team basis. I am prompt, reliable, I have very good spelling/grammar skills, a good phone presence, I relate to people well, and I am a problem solver. I am a quick learner, and pick up new tasks eagerly, and easily.
