To obtain a clerical or administrative position where I can maximize my customer service skills, extensive quality assurance skills, as well as my ability to research and solve problems. I graduated from Kaplan University in August 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Although most of my work experience reflects Information Technology, I’m currently seeking a position with a well-established organization with a stable environment that will lead to a lasting work relationship. My previous work experience as a software tester has perfected my attention to detail. I am comfortable working with all levels of management and I am an enthusiastic and dedicated employee. I have a good work ethic and welcome new challenges. I assume new tasks and competently follow through to completion. My work experience along with my desire to evolve makes me a valuable member of any organization.
