A management level position with a Company in the Construction Industry that offers Construction Management. I have 30 years’ experience, knowledge and resources in industrial & manufacturing facility projects, commercial construction, office build out, facility management, parking structures, medical facilities, coal & limestone mines, and grain handling systems. I have performed such duties as Superintendent, Estimator, Scheduler, Project Engineer, Contracts Administrator and Project Construction Manager. I’m a hard working accomplished construction management professional that is dedicated with visionary fortitude and proven ability to deliver projects in keeping with the common critical parameters of time and budget. My abilities include contract negotiations, estimating, design build format, construction documentation & preparation, submittals, reporting and tracking, purchasing, planning, scheduling, budgets, cash flow, cost control, claim resolutions, owner contact, architect and subcontractor relations, and other such project elements from original criteria through certificate of occupancy.
