With over 20 years of experience at Duke Energy Corporation, I have moved progressively throughout the organization developing cross business- unit expertise and serving in leadership roles in business functions, process functions, information management functions, human resources functions, finance functions, vendor management organizations and project management functions. As a proven leader with successful results, my focus has always been on talent management, efficiency, effectiveness and simplification. Areas of expertise include process leadership, Sarbanes Oxley, business and financial management, system implementations, employee development and diversified start up functions based on changing business environments. My goal is to broaden my leadership experiences by becoming a member of a senior management team that positively influences the organization, recognizes talent as a competitive advantage and positions the company for success in this new changing business environment.
