I prepared myself for a career in pharmaceutical sales from the time I was 17 years old and began working in a pharmacy where my curiosity prompted me to want to learn all about different medications. Also, as part of my preparation, I continually refined my presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. After completing college, I then gained business-to-business sales experience in an outside sales position marketing communication products, and I quickly excelled. Landing a job promoting pharmaceutical products for a company that contracted with Novartis was my opportunity to finally break into this career field. Now, I am eager to offer my training and experience to a pharmaceutical company that can benefit from all of the preparation I have made for my dream job.
