My passion leans toward successful conclusions that directly impact facilities management resources to accomplish the goals and strategies set forth by the client so that they can concentrate on their main objectives and not support issues like those that I special in, i.e. all aspects of building maintenance support including problems addressed by electrical, hvac, carpentry and plumbing trades through work order management and control.
