Turned project within budget and on time. Projects Completed: 600 thousand square foot facility finish out with 1.5 acres of outside storage for local utility transformers. Coordinated with government entities to ensure EPA requirements were met security of the facility was to the standards to protect these transformers furnished and turned over the facility on time and under budget. 1.28M Distribution Center-60 thousand square foot test facility that had to be online in less than two weeks licensed and operational. On time and on budget. Facility had three offices that were extra and the break room and toilets were left operational enabling the team to pull off a fully functional warehouse. Moved the existing warehouse equipment inventory and personnel in two weekends. Fully functioning and shipping on time and on budget. 1.37M Distribution Center. Small Center with many issues due to working between cost centers and currencies. Regulations build outs and requirements for Canadian construction requirements were met the center started up on time but not on budget. Due to the split cost centers Canada did not translate their costs to the main office as requested. Resolved the overage with the CEO through careful explanations and document tracing. Closed project fully trued up and this resulted in Canada's staff issuing a lessons learned. 1.2M Distribution Center Project Upgrades.
