03/03/13 My name is Belinda Siddle. I was a VP for Bank of America and worked in VP Operations and VP Corporate Security Protective Services. I have a financial background in bank operations management and staffing, risk assessment background in security. I have performance management skills, coaching and development, process improvement, high productivity and goal setting skills. I managed the overall security and training for 125 banking centers and 16 downtown buildings. I managed training, staffing, budget, risk, cash controls, opening and closing banking centers. I was on the project teams that built 100 banks and closed 66 banks and trained 1,500 associates. I managed Proof, Item Processing, Statement Rendering, Check imaging, Sorter operations, Receiving. Clearing House. I have managed large budgets for business as usual and budgets for projects, I have managed up 400 associates on 3 shifts and 50 associates in 5 different cities. I managed the project to close 5 west locations in 5 cities and merge in to Dallas DT operations. Bank of America moved me here after the merger. I am very interested in a position. I have skills to coordinate security staff. I managed the schedule/pay for 25 Wackenhut guards and 20 off duty police officers. We provided emergency response, life safety, risk and security training. I also planned all security equipment installations alarms, fire and security, camera, card access, alarms, security gates, lighting surveys, ATM security.
