Highlights:
? Use knowledge of business operations to understand information needs of the business unit and determine best technology to meet the needs.
? Provide technical expertise in assigned business unit in the analysis, design, enhancement and implementation of business applications to support internal business functions.
? Analyze business processes, identify causes of problems and make recommendations for process improvements.
? Follow established testing procedures to ensure application is thoroughly tested during development and prior to release.
? Resolve moderately complex design problems.
? Demonstrate an understanding of how improvements and changes in technology impact the organization.
? Manage small to mid-sized programs or components of a program.
? Participate in establishing program budget and timelines for small to medium-sized programs or portions of a program; manage assigned segment of program within budget and time constraints.
? Monitor and report to management on program status, identify issues that may impede attainment of goals, recommend and implement corrective measures.
? Continuously upgrade skills; remain current in new technologies.
? Provide technical direction and training to more junior Business Solutions personnel.
