Covering Letter for Some briefing about my project’s works Currently I am working with an Indian company “GVK Technical Consultancy Service Limited” in India since Feb’2012 to till continue in Power Project As a Manager – CIVIL. Since almost site works are completed and Power project has been commission, so at present I am working for the managing and monitoring the QSS and Billing Section. Before this I had worked 5 years in UAE with L & T Company as a construction manager from Octobar’2010 to August 2011 in Al Khalifa Interchange Project – Abudhabi, and with Al Naboodah Contracting LLC in Jabel Ali Air Port Project – Dubai from 1st Aug’2006 to 30th June’2010. Gathered a valuable useful and skillful experience job work as a site managerial along with a planning and quantity survey works for site execution, operation and coordination with centralize planning of project. I am skilled in managing team performance by constantly monitoring quality aspects and empowering and guiding subordinates to achieve and surpass goals. My unique approach is to formulate the construction methodology with micro-level planning and executing the project towards successful completion. With sound technical experienced background, I always look forward to adopt and adapt to the new wave of technology for its day-to-day application. The outcome has resulted in accomplishing various prestigious projects within defined parameters. I am confident of successfully interacting with clients, assessing their requirements, delivering solutions to them accordingly, risk analysis, remedial measures, and procurement.
