I am currently employed as the Director of Compliance and Escrow Officer for a small independent escrow company, however, I always keep my options open to join a respected and established financial organization. I'm knowledgeable in change management,project management, training, analysis and auditing skills. I'm a Department of Business Oversight approved Escrow Manager, as well as an accomplished Compliance and Change Management leader in keeping companies compliant with the ever changing CFPB regulations. I'm comfortable working with all levels within the corporate structure, and believe that integrity and a strong work ethic is a trait that cannot be learned, but must cultivated throughout one's career. I take ownership for all projects and tasks that have been entrusted to me. My strengths are in listening, communicating, follow-through and problem solving.
