Director of Quality

Director or VP of Quality/Business Improvement Dynamic, hands on, results-oriented Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence who leads managers, engineers and technicians by example and influences/inspires the pursuit of quality, continuous improvement, technical performance, cost management and schedule commitments throughout organization. Manages programs using solid analysis tools to reduce, eliminate and prevent product defects and to ensure robust processes. Implements quality programs to sustain and remain compliant to regulatory, contractual and business requirements ensuring risk identification and mitigation. Recognized as subject matter expert and change agent serving as primary quality system focal point for customers, business units, suppliers and regulators on complex systems, software and hardware design, development and manufacturing issues. Leads cross-function, multi-site engineering teams to deliver high impact results in support of business strategy.
