As my resume indicates, I offer a unique combination of interpersonal and technical skills. I have three years of experience in Industrial and Manufacturing Environment with a certification of Green Belt Six Sigma from American Society for Quality. I have hands on experience on different Quality Tools like Pareto Chart, Fishbone Diagram, t-test and ANOVA and Design of Experiments. I am proficient in Software’s like JMP/Minitab and AutoCAD. One of my enthralling experiences was my working on Six Sigma project of Inventory Optimization in the multinational pharmaceutical giant, Pfizer Laboratories Pakistan, accomplishing company savings of $ 131,000 annually. During my Work in Unilever, I participated actively on different KAIZEN projects and utilized various lean manufacturing tools such as 5S Audit, Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, TaktTime calculations and Spaghetti Diagram. I am well aware of engineering economics involved in different manufacturing operations and issues involving customers and suppliers for quality problems and its corrective actions. Moreover, I have practically calculated standard times using time studies, work sampling and have created work cells through work distribution. I have also used DMAIC approach and concepts of lean production systems during my undergraduate project of productivity improvement of assembly line in automotive industry.
