Project Management Professional- Mechanical

I am a dynamic, resourceful and technically competent Project Management Professional with core competencies across directing Operations, Process Improvement, Mechanical Functions and Quality Control. Currently working as a Manager Mechanical at Patel Engineering Limited., I am currently involved in supervising mechanical equipment support related to construction of a 600 MW Hydro Electric Project. The intent is to support and ensure smooth operations of all machineries and equipments for an uninterrupted construction activity that includes that includes excavation/ dumping/ concreting /drilling/ tunneling / overhead cranes/ concrete mixtures/ crusher plant etc. Implementing condition monitoring techniques for ensuring safety and enhance reliability from the equipments. Equipped with well-honed skill sets for reviewing operational practices covering entire techno – managerial aspects, I am making constant endeavors to meet or exceed the expectations and demands of the organization. My unique approach is to implement measures for enhancing operation efficiency, optimizing resource utilization, improving process, raising quality and reducing costs. I strongly believe in monitoring different internal departments for step-by-step activities during execution of Project to register maximum productive output. With keen technical acumen I have my abilities in conducting fault diagnosis and failure analysis while developing and improving the process by taking corrective actions to prevent any reoccurrences and defective issues.
