Description
Mr. Kitterman is a civil engineer/construction inspector with over 25 years of combined experience in the construction industry obtained first working as a pipefitter in the building construction trades and then working as a civil engineer construction inspector and owners representative for various civil infrastructure projects along Colorado’s Front Range. He has provided services related to construction management, on-site inspections, construction contract administration, bid and schedule evaluation, submittal review, standards and specifications compliance, and change order negotiations.
