Construction Project Manager - extensive construction experience

I have extensive experience in the construction industry working directly with Owners, Design Professionals, Field and Office Personnel, to achieve the goals of both the Company and Owners and allow projects to move forward smoothly and successfully. Having worked in the construction industry most of my career, starting as a general laborer and working into project management, I have an extensive experience list that includes office, retail, education, manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, multifamily, education and residential. With this diverse portfolio of projects, as well as delivery systems, (design/build, hard-bid, construction management, cost plus fee, etc.), my experience also includes the development and implementation of company budgets, marketing plans, systems as well as the day to day management of office personnel.
