I am a graduate Metallurgical engineer status Mechanical option class of 2003 and I have considerable experience in the field of hydrocarbons More then (10 years experience) as I held several industrial activity (mechanical mounting, framing metal, piping and coating "coating, painting and insulation" with International companies: Sonatrach/Anadarko Petroleum; Saipem Eni and Turbomach a caterpillar Company/Solar and With National Companies: Petro services; Group ENCC Tarsi; Group Bat metal ….. This versatility and diversity enriched my work capacity allows •Inspection, control and receipt of 4 train’s turbo-compressor with a capacity of 25 MW each: 4 turbine aero-derivative of PGT25 • Supervise the installation of static equipments like pressure vessels, tanks, spheres, package, skids, heat exchangers and rotating equipments like centrifugal horizontal, vertical pumps, blower, air cooler, air compressor, turbo expander. • Direct supervise and coordinate activities of the workers engaged in the erection of equipments • Supervise the erection of Steel Structure and piping related to the equipments. • Execute and submit inspection documentation works for static and rotating equipments to assure that the required forms used in testing submitted are approved by client representative as per ITP and QCP of the project. • Clearing the punch list items, construction activities and site modifications advices from client & Quality Control department as well. • Monitoring of hydrostatic testing tray and piping • Works Precommissioning and commissioning activities Best Regards, Omar Boukra QA/QC Coordinator Mobile: +213 662 522 340 Email: bdso2003@yahoo.fr
