I am a NYS Licensed Pharmacist whose experience in retail pharmacy has positioned me well to assume the role of Health Care System Pharmacist. My core competencies extend beyond dispensing and advising on medications to include staff supervision, protocol development, Drug Utilization Reviews (DURs), Medication Therapy Management (MTM) strategies, order set implementation and admixture preparation of Total Parenteral Nutrition, epidurals, and chemotherapeutic injectables. I assess adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to analyze trends in medication use and help develop system-wide guidelines and cost controls for pharmacies to utilize.
