With over two decades of operational and financial management experience in manufacturing facilities, I have successfully responded to a variety of economic situations, maximizing growth opportunities in boom periods and adapting to leaner climates with effective streamlining. I have overseen the finer points of day to day operations while simultaneously developing a successful turn-around strategy to employ in economic downturns. Components of this strategy included marketing initiatives, sourcing and obtaining financial backing, and restructuring supplier agreements advantageously.
