Previous career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation with domestic & international assignments and experience in terrorism and high-risk security matters worldwide and retired Honorably from the FBI as the Assistant Legal Attach� in Japan. Embassy assigned terrorist & FCI investigations affecting the security of the Philippines and U.S. interests against the NPA a local terrorist group that evolved into today's Abu Sayaf terrorist group that had connections to Ramzi Yosef who was responsible for the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center New York. Also assigned to bombing cases of U.S. Jefferson Annex in the Philippines along with the assassination of James Nicholas Rowe, Colonel, US Army Defense Attach� assigned to the U.S Embassy Manila in 1989. Assigned to the terrorist bombing of the U.S. Property, Jefferson Annex Building, Makati, Philippines as well as the two Iraqi Embassy personnel killed near the Annex in 1990. Assigned to Clarke AFB Angeles City, Philippine working security and criminal matters and murders of U.S. Military assassinated by the New People's Army (NPA) Supra, a terrorist group later aligned with Ramzi Yosef's terrorist group in the Philippines. Arrested and interviewed numerous members of the terrorist group in concert with Philippines Nation Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and disseminated Intel information to various intelligence agencies in the region and FBI HQ on a continual basis. and FBI's mission in these countries and in the Asia region. Investigations include the bombing of Philippine Airlines en route to South Korea (ROK) in 1994 killing one passenger linked to the terrorist groups in the Philippines. Final case worked on in concert with the Bangkok FBI Legal Attach� Office and the subsequent arrest of Ramzi Yosef in Pakistan by the Attach� in Bangkok.
