I found the wording of your recruit requirement with high level manager emphasis on quality management, and leadership. It is in response to such challenges that I have excelled experience during my career. Most recently, I am a director of QA in wakefield-vette. Previously I worked successfully in a variety of positions, including the startup of an engineer of Naval Architecture, director, assistance professor, vice general manager, and general manager. In each of these situations, my knowledge has been increased to handle a company operation, and my leadship is getting more tactful. My track record shows that I am able to do this. With regard to the requirement for manufacturing and quality experience, I have worked over 20 years’ experience. Based on my experience, I have published a quality management book and a sampling inspection book. I have a strongly statistical analysis capability, such as SPC, processes capability analysis, and Tauchi Method etc. Meanwhile, I have quality systems management experience of ISO-9001, ISO-14001, ISO-14064, TS-16949, OHSAS-18000, RoHS etc. In practical, I have experience to manage all QA processes, such as: IQC, IPQC, OQC, SQE, and FAI inspection etc. I am free to travel and open to relocation.
