Global Maintenance and Reliability Leader using Lean Six Sigma concepts to perform corporate diagnostics across 20 plants, identifying hundreds of millions of dollars in opportunity and drove value by leading or participating with plant teams and consultant teams such as: McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Jacobs Engineering, Worley Parsons, SKF, etc. in: USA, China, Canada, UK, and Europe. Led the design and development of Corporate Total Productive Maintenance audit/training tool to assist plants to perform self-assessment with Best Practice links to achieve World Class Maintenance and Reliability. Implementation Leader of Reliability-Based Single Sourcing Procurement of MRO negotiations for 4 UK plants. Delivered an average 6 years of contribution value of $10-$15 MM per year.
