Description
Performs work that involves planning and coordinating the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and administration of hardware and software systems using Microsoft Windows Server products and services. ·Provides subject matter expertise in Microsoft Windows operating systems, applications, and services. ·Plans and schedules the installation of new or modified hardware and operating systems and applications software. ·Manage systems resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability. ·Offers expertise in server security patching, vulnerability management and remediation of Windows operating systems, applications and services; develops and documents systems administration standard operating procedures.
