I am a highly skilled Learning and Development Consultant that is well versed in adult learning theories as well as the design and delivery of training and development programs. I have extensive experience in the area of Curriculum Development, Skill assessment, and learning initiatives. I have designed, developed and implemented courses with the specific needs of the learner in mind. I have designed over 80 e-learning courses and have extensive experience with multiple Learning Management Systems. I have a solid 17 years of organizational learning experience. Much of my experience has been serving organizations that employed between 50-1000 individuals. Many of my experiences has afforded me a well rounded skill set, including leadership and the ability to collaborate with staff members from all organizational levels. I excel at the following: Assessment of organizational learning needs. Development of training and learning experiences (both formal and informal). Assessment and data collection of impact of training & development initiatives. Keen sense of personality types that embed the organization. Brokering management-employee communication strategies. I have a true passion for organizational improvements as well as a solid educational foundation which includes the following; MS degree from the University of Rochester in Human Development, BA (cum Laude) in Psychology from St. John Fisher College and 50 credit hours in adult education from Buffalo State University. I am also a New York State OASAS Certified Education and Training Provider. During the last several years I have been involved with providing services to many local companies. In addition, I have provided services to hospitals, manufacturing, US government, private organizations, the IT industry, New York State.
