Compliance and Risk Management

I have been working at Landsafe National Defaut in Pasadena for the past two years, where I am the Escrow Compliance Manager, the Loss Mitigation Analyst, the Subject Matter Expert for REO Escrow Closing Operations, as well the Risk and Compliance Auditor and impact analyst for the proposed Dodd Frank-CFPB changes. I am also the Global Business Recovery Coordinator for the line of business, and have had active business continuity experience during the recent events on the east coast resulting from Hurricane Sandy. Due to recent downsizing of Legacy Asset Servicing, and the elimination of the California REO Closing division of Landsafe Default, I am currently exploring new avenues of pursuit.
