Highlights:
Played key role in the implementation of the Court Accounting and Reporting System (CARS), standardizing all court accounting systems throughout the State of California. Assisted with the successful implementation of the federally mandated Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) debit card system, replacing the outdated, paper-based food stamps and welfare checks system of the past. Prevented disruption of statutorily required government services during and throughout the stock market crash of 2001, with impacts to government funding that were felt through fiscal year 2005-2006. Developed allocations for hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars in support of government services and initiatives, in over seven years of experience for the State of California. Diligently served each of California’s three branches of government, the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial Branches. Recognized on the State Assembly floor for distinguished service to the State Legislature. Honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force/Air National Guard.
