I have lead multiple projects including designing, Patenting and building one of the top medical safety device in the country. I enjoy the responsibility, I am looking for a position that allows me to use my problem solving and leadership skills. My strengths are to study the goal of a project and review any special requirements. I then built a strong teams to implement new solutions to meet the goal. I have heard many time that not the way we do, when I ask why you did that way they never have an answer except to say we always did it that way. I work very well with little over sight
