To use my experience as a TSR,CSR, Trainer, Supervisor and manager/director to win fortune 500 Accounts. I have fully staffed and hired for Center start ups and win the client accounts. Also did the initial Training for the Outsource call centers as well. I would like to return to this work environment in middle management.
