The ICL to IBM conversion in Florida and currently the Innovax to IBM conversion in the New England states. I am the head tech and lead therefore everyone looks to me for guideance for training and a resource for issues that arrise during the conversion.
Another issue was the introduction of the Gift Card Mall that we introduced to our stores in November, we were not properly trained befoe we were asked to support this product. I took this upon myself to learn the product and trouble shooting of the issues we were incountering. Since then I have mastered almost all of the issues that arise and have been able to train every memeber of my team and now am training the Service Desk that resides in Boise (450 miles away) via interwise to help them better troubleshoot the issues.
