Director of Program Development

My goal is to find a job that is local, within the Eastern Shore counties of Worcester, Wicomico, Somerset, or Wallops Island, Virginia. I would ideally like to manage Program Development, but am adept at assessing and re-engineering corporate processes, policies, and systems. I am available for full-time or would consider part-time for the right opportunity. I aim to find a local position that offers me opportunities for advancement, that is challenging and multi-faceted, and that allows me to share my skills and experience in a way that is beneficial to my employer. I have excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and strong organizational capabilities. I have worked on many different technology platforms and am competent with many software/hardware settings. I have a long history of proprietary system development. Mine is a well-rounded experience as I have worked in a consulting capacity, as well as Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, and technological (IT) analysis and development. I have managed people, budgets, and been a part of Executive Teams developing business strategies. I consider myself to be a creative type person that enjoys problem solving and thinking outside of the box. I enjoy working both independently as well as leading, or being a part of a team. I am currently listed as an available Contractor to my prior employer, thus would be able to begin a new position with two week notice.
